Join consultant, filmmaker, and activist Mary F. Morten (pictured with Episode #5 guest Kaethe Morris Hoffer) as she delves into what it’s like to operate within and outside of the nonprofit industrial complex; her new podcast is Gathering Ground. Along with her special guests, Mary answers questions from listeners and covers topics including racial and gender equity, and the experiences of people of color in leadership development and the nonprofit workforce.

It’s a an audio comedy series set in a fictional radio station spanning decades of 20th century history, from the end of Prohibition (1933) to the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989). They’ve been recording in Studio C and we can’t wait to hear the finished episodes!
